Project: Online User Experience Launch for Monthly Billing

Goal:

To support the introduction of Virgin’s entry into monthly billing plans for their phones. Up until this project’s launch, Virgin phones were only available as pre-paid. The project focused on creating a user experience that was intuitive enough for new customers and existing pre-paid customers to see what their options were: picking a phone – how much did it cost? for what contract?; what plans are there, and what’s included, what’s not?
