Goal:
Increase online audience engagement for the 120 publishing and broadcast properties under the Rogers Media umbrella. Increasing the depth of visit for each user is more cost-effective than trying to reach more users, so offering a richer, more interactive experience for the user is one way of increasing that depth. The successful result: increased revenue through sales and advertising and loyal users.

Responsibilities:
- Elicited requirements from multiple clients and business divisions, from publishing to broadcasting to IT
- Developed functional specifications for 80-plus features to be rolled out within the Platform
- Worked closely with technical and vendor teams to ensure requirements were met, and the user experience would map to the business contexts
- Developed and delivered multiple training sessions to end users
- Developed and presented concepts and demos to business stakeholders, IT, publishers, executives, managers
