Goal:
The overall goal was to reduce the effort and time it required to get policy documents in the hands of policyholders. Additionally, being able to intercept a policy that required revisions, and re-issue it faster and with less waste was another consideration. The solution was to automate the assemble of these documents based on specific business and legal rules.

Responsibilities:
- Requirements elicitation: workshop facilitation with end users, stakeholders, and IT management; current and future state modeling; documentation and executive buy-in
- Vendor RFP Process: RFP preparation, develop selection criteria, identify shortlisted vendors, evaluate responses, make next step recommendations
- Lead team to gather requirements and perform analysis for all property & casualty insurance documents and correspondence, using UML in pilot software development life cycle
